Should there be a defect or issue with your NEW firearm, FMJ Armory will assist you with contacting the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

USED FIREARMS

FMJ Armory makes every effort possible to inspect all USED acquired firearms before placing them out for re-sale.  If the USED firearms still meets standard factory warranty, FMJ Armory will assist you with contacting the manufacturer for repair or replacement.  Should the USED firearm no longer be covered under factory warranty, FMJ Armory has several trusted gunsmiths that can assist you with the repair.

If the firearm was left at FMJ Armory as a repair or was transferred in for pickup, and the customer does not pick up the firearm within 90 days of (1) the repair completion or (2) the transfer received in, the firearm will be considered abandon.  All possible attempts to contact the customer will be made.  Once the firearm is abandon, it will be placed into FMJ Armory’s inventory for sale.

FMJ Armory is pleased to offer a variety of firearm’s training classes for our customers.  A class schedule is available on our Calendar and on our Facebook page.  Pre-registration and Pre-payment is required to hold a spot in each class due to the limited availability of space.  Please not that payment is non-refundable due to scheduling with our instructors, however we will allow a one-time cancellation & re-scheduling for our students.

FMJ Armory offers to our customers the option of placing their firearm on consignment.  This is considered a legal transfer to an FFL.  The customer will be required to complete an ATF Form 4473 and undergo a background check once reclaiming the firearm.

The consignment contract between the customer and FMJ Armory allows for a percentage of the final consignment sale price once sold.

• 10% for items sold OVER $1000
• 13% for items sold UNDER $1000

EFFECTIVE 09-21-2018, we will retain a percentage (see above amounts) of all consignment sales, including those used towards an in-house purchase.

NOTE: Payout to seller for consignment may not be available immediately due to debit/credit card payments processing through the bank.

A 5% discount is offered to ACTIVE Law Enforcement and Military with ID.

FMJ Armory offers to our customers an option to Layaway firearms.  Our policy is 30% of the total sale must be put down as a deposit and then the customer will have 90 days to payout and pick up the firearm.  Only one layaway is allowed at a time.  If the layaway is not claimed at the end of the 90 days, a Re-Stocking Fee of $50 will be assessed.

FMJ Armory offers an online firearms and merchandise store at http://store.fmjarmory.com/.  Please note that items (unless indicated) for purchase through this website are NOT available in the store.  Similar items may be in store, however the price listing online does NOT apply to the in store item.

FMJ Armory understands that there is often worry when buying or selling a firearm privately.  That is why we are glad to assist you with that transaction. Just have both parties come into our store with a valid driver’s licenses and we will take care of the rest for a $25 transfer fee and provide both the buyer and seller a safe place to conduct business.

FMJ Armory offers a 25 yard 8 lane indoor range onsite.  The range is available Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6:30pm unless otherwise posted.  Minimum age allowed on the range is 13 years old with an adult.  18 year olds are allowed to possess long-guns on the range but must be accompanied by a person over 21 years old to possess hand-guns on the range.  Rules for the range are very simple and straight forward and are available in the store for review.  Every person entering the range must have an updated “Range Rules Waiver” signed and on file before entering the range.  FMJ Armory allows all calibers up to a 50cal on the range with the exception of shot shells.  No shotguns or shot shell will be allowed.  Also prohibited are the following list of ammo…No reloaded ammo, No steel casing, No aluminum casing, No green tips (No Armor Piercing or Steel Core), No tracers, and No shot shells.  Eye and Ear protection is required to use our range and is available to rent should you be without.

FMJ Armory offers a wide variety of gun-smithing options.  From standard cleanings to finding and installing that “impossible to find replacement part” for most any firearm…new and old.  We do our best to ensure a timely turn-around on repairs and will advise you of the expected timeframe when you are dropping off your firearm.  Please understand that there are some things that will be out of our control, such as shipping delays, backordered items, and finding those “impossible to find replacement parts”.

For range use only, FMJ Armory offers a selection of hand-guns and long-guns available to rent.  Refer to the Fees list for pricing.  Age requirements apply to renting firearms.  Must be at least 18 years old to rent long-guns and 21 years old to rent hand-guns.  Ammo used for Rental Firearms must be purchased at FMJ Armory.

We will gladly accept for return or exchange for store credit only within 10 days of purchase on any store merchandise (excluding firearms) bought at FMJ Armory that has not been worn or altered and in its original packaging, accompanied by its original price tag and receipt. Excludes sale or clearance items.  Valid photo ID required for all returns.

We are glad to assist you with finding firearms and merchandise that are not available in the store.  Payment in full for all special ordered items will be required at the time of ordering.  The return of a Special Order (not firearms – All Firearm Sales Are Final) will be subject to a $25 Service Charge.
